Contracting & Appointments

Complete your presale requirements

To sell Assurity products, you must be licensed and appointed with Assurity, and your Errors and Omissions (E&O) coverage must be up-to-date.

If you have submitted a group or are submitting a group and haven’t completed the contracting and appointment process with Assurity, please work with your Regional Sales Coordinator (RSC). Your RSC will need the following information from you: 

• Group name 
• Enrollment date 
• Agent/Agency name 
• Your Agent Number (if one has been assigned) 
• If you are paid direct or are on a Licensed Only Agent (LOA) contract 
• Application state(s)
