With just a few clicks employees can submit any new supplemental health insurance or wellness benefit claim at MyAssurity.com and get a benefit payment in as little as two days. To use MyAssurity.com, they’ll need to create an account using a valid email address, Social Security number and the certificate/policy number on the insurance contract
